Jade is a practitioner of the magic arts, and the only team member who was not granted her powers by the strange Silver Storm. Instead, her powers were granted by an ancient tome and the spirit that it contains. The powers granted by the book are vast, allowing her to travel instantly from place to place and conjure devastating bolts of power, but they are often difficult to cast properly and can have unfortunate negative side-effects when she makes a mistake.
